We are receiving a lot of queries regarding registering the complaint through the shop so we can deal with this, please simply follow the below process.

1. Log into your account
2. Go to your orders 
3. Press Return Items 

This will directly come to us, please note that we will process these W/C 16th November. 

Please note that we are receiving a high volume of messages and emails, we ask you to please follow this process as we cannot feasibly deal with each individually
